- Technical Malfunction: If your file is corrupted or won’t open correctly.
- Not as Described: If the pattern or product differs significantly from the description or preview shown on our website.
- Compatibility Issue: If the file does not work with your device or software despite matching the advertised compatibility.
2. Refund Time Frame
All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your purchase date. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
